The headphones (Razer nari ultimate) worked perfectly until I left them charging, and when I turned them on again they did not connect to the dongle, and suddenly Windows did not recognize the USB and it appears that Windows does not recognize the USB since it must have some fault. Help, I can´t contact with the official support because the headphones are not in warrante, what a shame.
