Dongle isnt working

I just bought my headset, but there are no lights on the dongle; however, the headset works when I connect it via a cable.

    Maybe dongle is faulty - is there any new device appearing in device manager when you’ll connect it to the PC?

    1. Is the dongle not being detected by the computer?
