So i got a blackshark v3 pro ps5 edition but the package comes without the dongle and you can’t connect it wirelessly to a ps5

Could you please confirm if the Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 dongle is included in the box, as described on page 3 of your Razer BlackShark V3 Pro for PlayStation user manual? If so, to connect the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro for PlayStation to your PS5™ console, please use the included USB-A to USB-C cable. Plug the USB-C end into the HyperSpeed Wireless Gen-2 dongle, and then connect the USB-A end to your PS5™ console. After that, power on the headset, and your Razer BlackShark V3 Pro for PlayStation will be ready for use. I hope this helps! All the best!
