Dongle Kraken V3 Pro

Bonjour, depuis ce matin le dongle de mon Kraken v3 pro ne fonctionne plus… J’ai pu le tester sur 2 PC différents mais ils ne repère plus le casque. Pourtant le casque continue de faire le bruit d’appairage lorsque je branche le dongle. Que faire ? Comment avoir un autre dongle ?
