The dongle for my Deathadder v2 x Hyperspeed mouse, which I bought years ago, suddenly stopped working despite not having any damage. I can still use it via Bluetooth, but I can't use the dongle. Please help!

Have you tried testing the Razer DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed on another computer? Please ensure that you update your mouse firmware and use the pairing utility provided here.
