My Razer Nari Ultimate headset has stopped working due to a faulty dongle. I would like to know my options for purchasing a new dongle.
My model is Razer Nari Ultimate and the problem I'm facing is, the PC is unable to recognize the dongle, rendering pairing and firmware update software ineffective for troubleshooting.
