I’ve just got my Razer Viper V2 Pro. After unboxing, I charged the mouse until it was full. Afterwards I connected the wireless dongle to my laptop, there was no [insert Windows USB ding sound] when inserting or ejecting the dongle. It’s not working at all ive tried everything but the dongle isnt working. What can i do ?

Try it on a different computer just to check if it works. If it doesn’t, send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check my resources for other workarounds that we can try.
