ive plugged in the dongle and everything that needs to be done correctly following a tutorial video and the mouse is connected but i cant use hyperspeed multi-device pairing cause it does not detect anything and in the razer synapse app i only see the mouse and not the dongle.
I have tried updating the firmware unplugging the dongle and putting it back restarting my pc uninstalling and reinstalling synapse and it still does not work is there any fixes to this?
