Dongle of my Viper v2 not working

Hola recientemente compré un Viper v2 pro por Mercado Libre que por lo que se es su distribuidor autorizado aquí en México . Llevo unos meses con el al principio todo bien pero después de 1 mes el dongle dejó de funcionar, solamente se empezó a desconectar el mouse aunque tuviera pila y tampoco lo detectaba el synapses. Busqué videos en internet y por lo que veo todos dicen que es el dongle nose que se pueda hacer en estos casos porque supongo que la garantía de mercado libre ya se agotó

Hi, I recently bought a Viper v2 pro from Mercado Libre, which I believe is its authorized distributor here in Mexico. I've had it for a few months, and at first everything was fine, but after about a month the dongle stopped working. The mouse started disconnecting even though it had a battery, and Synapse wasn't detecting it either. I looked for videos online, and from what I see, they all say it's the dongle. I don't know what can be done in these cases because I assume the Mercado Libre warranty has already expired.

I’m here to help. I understand that you’re experiencing issues with a Viper V2 Pro, where the dongle has stopped working, causing disconnections and detection issues with Synapse. Have you tried the mouse on another device to see if the issue persists? Were there any recent system updates or changes before the issue started? To isolate the problem, please perform the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Make sure your mouse is fully charged.
2. Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.
3. Ensure that the Razer Viper V2 Pro firmware is updated.
4. Download and run the Pairing Utility for your mouse. 
5. Try to reinstall your mouse drivers.
6. Perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
7. Try using the mouse with a different USB port or another computer to rule out connectivity issues.
