Dongle of Razer Deathadder V2 PRO not working

My mouse was bought a year ago. 

Since friday I can only work with it plugged in.
 

I searched the forum and tried everything, uninstall everything, reinstall everything, update firmware (although I couldn't update dongle firmware because software did not recognize it).

 

Also tried 2 more computers and that ding from the disconnect/connect USB keeps appearing. 

 

I need help or a new dongle since the mouse is still in warranty period.
