I bought a Razer Nari Ultimate a few years ago, and I recently built a new PC, but when I tried to update my Nari Ultimate, the driver software wouldn’t register the dongle. I downloaded the dongle restore software and ran that with no effect. My headset works fine when I am directly plugged into a USB port, just having issues with the dongle when it comes to pairing.

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If that didn’t work out then shoot me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
