Dongle pairing problem on Wolverine v3 pro

Hello,

I own a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro (wireless version).

I performed a firmware update through the Xbox app without the dongle plugged in. Since then, the dongle and the controller no longer synchronize.

The dongle is correctly detected by Windows (VID 1532 / PID 0A3F), but the controller does not respond when connected wirelessly.

I tried running the combined update via the “Razer Wolverine V3 Pro Firmware Updater”, but the step that asks to press Fn + Menu + X remains stuck and won’t let me proceed.

 

Could you please provide the dongle reflash or resynchronization tool to restore the connection between the controller and the receiver or something to help ?
