Hello, i bought the headset razer blackshark and i dont know why when i plug the dongle in the pc it does light up a little bit but after a second it  turns off

    Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging the dongle directly into your PCs motherboard. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your BlackShark’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
