I have a Razer deathadder v2 pro and from today the dongle stop work, its always playing the windows sound of connected and disconnected, i cant update the firmwire because the dongle ist detected my the computer.
I bought it less than a year
By wire the mouse works good.
Can someone help me?

i have the same problem. i want my money back the mouse dont work at all…. logitech pro wireless 0 issues but deathadder v2 pro cant even run the pair software it does not detect it properply… and in razer it says mouse is switched off and it isnt…. i tryed usb 2.0 and usb 3.0 and 3.1 nothing works.
