Hello, I'm having this problem since two days ago, after updating your synapse application my dongle 2.4 stopped connecting to the headphones, when I restart the PC it works for 10 seconds and loses connection right after. I have already proceeded with all the parameters that you indicate on your website but nothing has been successful. The Headphones work perfectly with the Jack cable. I would like to know from you what options I have to solve my problem. Thank you in advance for your attention

My problem is like yours

What I can't figure out is why it was only after the update that this problem started. Looks like it was done on purpose, I don't know.....

I tested on another computer, the problem is with the driver that downloads, not the problem with the razer central/synapse

So if they fix the drive everything is solved. What I still haven't figured out is if I'm going to have to buy a new 2.4 or if they're going to replace it, because it's not my fault that an update released by them ruins the 2.4

No, it is a software problem, it will probably be fixed with the next update, many people have this problem

If you can find the previous driver, send it here

I can't remember the previous drive version

I will try this one

Hi guys, You can try running the dongle recovery tool by following the steps here. If the same issue persists repair the Synapse app by following this guide. PM me the serial number if that didn't help so I can start a case and raise your concern with the relevant team for further diagnosis or a replacement dongle if necessary. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
