Dongle Replacement for Wolverine V3 Pro

I recently bought a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro Controller and accidentally the wireless dongle got broken. After talking to Razer support they are saying they don’t sell that part and since it was was damaged there is nothing they can do. I even offered to pay for it but they will not replace it for me. Now since the controller doesn’t support bluetooth i am stuck using the controller with a usb connection. Imagine spending so much money and this happens. Last time i brought a Razer Product.

PATHETIC!!

Caution for anyone who plans to buy it. If by accident anything happens to the wireless dongle they will not replace it and you’ll stuck using it with wired connection.

I’m in the same boat. Mine doesn’t appear to be broken but just stopped working. I wished I had looked into this more before purchasing it as I have used their headsets for years and love them.

I would love an update to this from Razer, my dongle bent and broke. I would like to find a working dongle without having to buy the controller all over again!

I have never found it to be available. I believe this is a tactic to make you spend more money.
