My dongle for my Blackshark v3 pro just stop working and i only had the headset for 2or3 months i was wondering if i can get a replacement

Let me assist you with your headset. Is the dongle still detected in the Device Manager? Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue?
