Hello, purchased Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones, the product was successfully registered, they sent an activation code for 7.1 sound, but it says that the code is invalid, please help

Hi there,
I think you have entered it on the wrong app. The THX Spatial Audio is different from the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
