doubt with RB 14" fans

I have a RB 14 "2017, the fans sound like they are a hovercraft, it has all the patches up to date and it still sounds very loud, I changed the thermal paste, clean the fans, use the lowest energy plan ... and They still sound like this, I tried to do an undervolting but the bios does not give me the option Has it happened to any of you?

    What other workarounds have you done so far in an attempt to fix the behavior? Let's isolate the problem first by following the steps from this link. If the excessive fan noise is still present, please send me a video showing the issue together with the serial number of your Razer Blade 14 via PM so I can take a closer look.
