Down Arrow Key Not Working

I have a Razer Blackwidow Elite keyboard, I have had it for just over a year. Today my down arrow key has stopped working. I have restarted my pc multiple times, tried plugging my keyboard into different ports, I have also reinstalled razer synapse multiple times and it still doesn't work. Is there anything else that I can do

    This is probably a switch failure, so you may have to send the keyboard in for replacement. What happens when you bind another function on the down arrow?

    if i bind the down function to another key, that key stops functioning aswell.

    If that is the case, then you definitely have a switch issue. PM me the serial number of your keyboard so I can verify the warranty status. Let's go from there.
