Download not working

I recently bought the razer kraken headset but whenever I try to download the 7.1 surround sound software the download button doesn't do anything. I don't know what to do. Edit: I found the solution. For anyone else having this problem all you have to do is type rzr.to/71-surround-sound-installer into your browser's search bar and it will automatically start downloading.
