the DPI buttons on my cobra Pro is not working when it's connected via mouse dock pro. it works normally when connected with dongle and I didn't have this issue till yesterday. I tried deleting and reinstalling the razer synapse and chroma several times, but it didn't help me. I guess it started after the automatic software update.

bro i dont understand why but i ve fixed. I also encountered an error a few days ago. i changed customize Rick click to Sensitivity Clutch. After I set the Right click to its default function, the 2 DPI buttons suddenly started working normally.

I tested it again yesterday and found that the Right Click was also having the same issue. But I’ve just found a permanent fix! Instead of leaving the two DPI buttons set to Default, assign them directly to Sensitivity Up and Sensitivity Down. After doing that, you’ll notice that both buttons light up green in the Customize tab instead of staying white. I’m using a Cobra Pro, and everything is working perfectly again now!
