DPI stuck?

So today i opened my pc and my sensitivy was way higher than it should be. I open razer synapse 3.0, and when i decreased it, there was no difference. Even when i increased it to like 16000, no difference. I restarted my pc, uninstalled razer synapse 3.0 and got the older version of razer synapse, but it didnt work either. I use a deathadder elite. (I'd like to note that this has happened once in the past and it just randomly fixed itself after a while, but it took a few months and it's irritating)
