If you have Synapse installed - uninstall it, then download and run this tool to remove any Razer drivers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj

Then restart PC, install Synapse again (as administrator) and it should install the newest drivers for your headset.

Have you tried to update the audio driver of your PC or reinstall the Razer audio driver? I would also suggest you make sure Windows OS is up to date as well.
