my GIGABYTE H310M H 2.0 motherboard and razer kraken kitty headphones after buying headphones, six months later, the computer began to take headphones for a USB flash drive. The headphones periodically turn off and connect like a flash drive, at this moment the sound disappears and the computer lags. Is this a driver conflict or something else? sorry for my english, this is google translate

If you have Synapse installed - uninstall it, then download and run this tool to remove any Razer drivers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj
Then restart PC, install Synapse again (as administrator) and it should install the newest drivers for your headset.

Have you tried to update the audio driver of your PC or reinstall the Razer audio driver? I would also suggest you make sure Windows OS is up to date as well. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and start a case for a replacement request if necessary.
