Driver problems and black keyboard after update

Hi, after having done multiple updates on my computer, my Blackwidow chroma keyboard is now completely black and my diamondback mouse is just on its default pattern. Neither of the devices is listed on Synapse. The control panel device list says there would be missing drivers, but devmgmt says there are drivers. If I try to uninstall them, that progress bar does not move and even after hours no progress can be seen. Same in safe mode. I already manually deleted synapse, but w/o any effect. I attached some screenshots. I hope I can get a solution here.
