Driver problems with Naga Trinity

Hey guys, I'm having some issues where Razer Synapse won't detect my Trinity mouse, and my device manager is detecting the mouse as a keyboard. All the solutions online suggest redownloading/updating the drivers. When I went to try and download new drivers for the mouse they aren't listed on the support page since the mouse is older than 2018. I've tried searching for drivers online but I can't find anything. Does anyone know how I can fix this? As it is now I can't use any of the side buttons on the mouse, which kind of kills the whole thing for me.

You can try to follow the steps here to fix the malfunctioning side panel of your mouse. I also suggest you test it further with the Synapse application closed or on a different PC. If it yields the same result, that's highly likely a hardware problem. Feel free to check our self-help page if you have questions or PM me anytime should you need further help.
