Hello, my electra v2 is not recognized as a device by my laptop. I looked around and the only possible solution to this problem seems to be to receive some sort of driver updating folder (cannot use the regular firmware update bc the device isnt recognized) from the support team. I don’t know the serial number since I got this headset ages ago and didnt pursue this problem when it first appeared cause I was like 13 at the time.
Any help is appreciated!
