Reading through the troves of forum posts and the only thing I could find was from years gone by on Reddit where a Razer official support person said they are going to be updating Synapse to allow for support on multiple of the same device.



Years later? More posts of the same complaint. I decided to try alternate software to see what luck I could have and sad to say that other software is better, I can run some random software that is opensource and see both my controllers and all my other devices and make changes without a problem.



When is Razer going to pull their head out and put more emphasis on software, drivers and all that jazz instead 200 different devices and putting actual money into rave masks? I like the rave mask, but you need to get to the root of your issues and ensure the devices you have have adequate support and no bugs before moving onto bigger things.



No point making another device when previous ones have issues or are incomplete.
