Dual Boot Causing Product Errors

I have recently created a dual boot with Windows 7 and 10. When I load into Windows 10, my Kraken USB and Deathadder 2013 work properly. If I boot into Windows 7, the Kraken doesn't get recognized and the Deathadder's scroll wheel doesn't work. Synapse also doesn't recognize either device. Could the dual boot be creating these issues?
