E and i key is not working properly

Hey there. I own a blackwidow v4 x and my e and i buttons are not working properly. It’s difficult to write this ticket since i have to press e multiple times. I cleaned my keyboard multiple times. Plugging my keyboard to another pc fixes the problem on the other pc. I followed the steps from another article like updating firmware. Uninstalling synapse and installing again. Nothing seems to work. I would really love it if you could help me.
