My Razer Hammerhead TWS X's earbuds are draining fast. Before I could get around 2 to 3 hours of use but now it's difficult to even get an hour of use from it. Also, the charging case hasn't displayed orange and red lights even though I have not plug it in a power source for months now.
Is there a way to reset this or is it broken already? I paid good money for this thinking it will last.
