Earbuds not turning on

My new Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds are not turning on when I open the case. The case is charged. I tried looking online but nothing I have tried has worked.

    Hey, @LC731!

     

    Does it light up when you open the case? Try to check your phone if it can be detected via Bluetooth. If not, please drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
