Earned Razer Silver, but it's not reflected in my wallet.

It is serious problem during the last 7 days. I played Paid To Play games for 3 minutes and it shows I earned 25 coins but it is not added to my wallet. The paid-to-play game server is fully damaged I think. Please don't give this type of worst maintenance or update.
