Either Cortex or Synapse is bugged

I've Ornata Chroma, Lancehead TE, Firefly, Electra v2. Lately I'm witnessing something unusual. My keyboard stop working some keys, like backspace, i o etc. Also mouse clicks everywhere itself. I can do nothing but restart my computer. After computer restart, it works normally a while. Then after few key presses, it starts again. I uninstalled both Cortex & Synapse now its working fine. What to do now? Anyone experiencing same? Windows 10 64bit.

I installed Cortex, its currently fine. I'm afraid of install Synapse.

Thanks for the reply. Please try reinstalling Synapse to see if the issue persists. If it does, PM me the version number of Synapse. Let's continue there.

I confirm problems with synapse. It does not update nari's battery status and crashes.
