 I am very unhappy with the online service since there is the fact that I placed an order in which I paid the most expensive shipping fee to have a faster and more prioritized shipment that was supposed that the shipment would be two to three working days but it is not at all like that, my order is a new item that recently went on sale so I made the preorder and so I had to wait a fortnight for the item to go on sale which I understood and waited but when the day comes In which I would start the shipping process, I get an email telling me that I would have to wait a fortnight longer to start the shipping process, so I have spent several days communicating with them to solve the problem, but far from scheduling a new date close to the original, they kept it with the change of date they scheduled for them, even knowing that I will pay to have my order as soon as possible.
