Electra's noise only coming out of one side

I recently discovered that my Electra, when plugged into my mac, only has sound from the right side of the headphones. Any help? Picture of Electra attached

    Hi @Greendino. Which version of the Electra would you happen to have? If you have the 3.5mm jack, try testing it on a smartphone to check if this is a hardware issue.

    Yes I have tried it on my phone and it doesn't seem to work there either

    In that case, there is a good chance that you have a hardware issue. Send me a PM with the serial number of your Electra so I can check the warranty status. Consider this thread locked.
