Electra V2- Non USB version. No sound. No surround. IS THIS A JOKE??!

I bought a new Electra V2 and synapse won't work, surround app won't work either. How am i gonna use these headphones? The sound quality is very bad and LOW. Is there any driver up to date that i can use with these headphones? How a company be so reckless about informing the customers? I can't believe this, never EVER gonna buy anyhting from Razer again. I feel like this is a joke. I lterally bought useless headphones.

    I hate Razer. Such an asshole company. I can't believe they still sell this headphones without warning people, they literally cancelled any driver for this model. It is useless, now im trying to do a refund for my purchase. F* u all.
