Electra V2 Problem

Hello,

I have full razer setup including headphones Electra V2 in it. For past year or so once a day the sound stopped coming but the solution was just to plug out and plug in the USB and sound came back. Yesterday however while playing the sound stopped and I did as usual. But from this moment my computer does not see the headphones as "razer electra v2" and calls it "CONEXTANT USB AUDIO". It works normally for about 1 minute and then the terrible buzz sounds come, the same sounds can be heard by people I talk with using built-in microphone. The headphones also stopped lighting. I downloaded Razer Synapse 2 and 3 but none of these can see the headphones. Is there something I can do about it?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Electra V2's concern here. Are you connecting the headset directly to your computer's USB port? Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port or computer and see if the issue persists? By the way, the headset is only compatible with Razer Synapse 2.0. Feel free to update me anytime.
