Hi there, My Electra v2 Headset just stopped working mid game. Win10 doesn't recognize the usb. I tried everything. You guys are my last hope. Please help! Thx !

    Oh no! Were there any software changes done on your computer? Have you tried connecting the headset to another USB port or computer? Otherwise, perform the following steps below: How to roll back a Windows update
    • Open the Windows 10 Settings Menu by clicking the gear icon in the Windows Start menu or pressing the “Windows+I” keys.
    • Click “Update & security”
    • Click the “Recovery” tab on the sidebar.
    • Under “Go back to the previous version of Windows 10,” click “Get started.”
