My Electra v2 Headset just stopped working mid game. Win10 doesn't recognize the usb. I tried everything.

You guys are my last hope. Please help!

Oh no! Were there any software changes done on your computer? Have you tried connecting the headset to another USB port or computer? Otherwise, perform the following steps below:



How to roll back a Windows update

• Open the Windows 10 Settings Menu by clicking the gear icon in the Windows Start menu or pressing the “Windows+I” keys.
  
  
• Click “Update & security”
  
  
• Click the “Recovery” tab on the sidebar.
  
  
• Under “Go back to the previous version of Windows 10,” click “Get started.”
