email change if account is unverifiable

My account email says it’s a privaterelay.applied.com email so I can’t access and verify it to change it. I linked my twitch to create the Razer account but the Apple ID was how I created my twitch. How can I either delete the account, unlink the twitch account, or change the email if it’s an inaccessible Apple ID email?
