emergency! wireless charger ia broke down,no charge way of my phone

It is a wireless charger for razer phone 2.I found something is wrong in few days ago,the wireless charger start lost connection with my phone.Firstly,it only happens shortly and only happens in some parts on the wireless charge. However at this morning,the problems suddenly become serious, the wireless charger is complete lost connection with my phone,it still can open,but can't charge(no responsible to my phone or it will turn on the red light).

      I still have a backup wireless charger which came form my uncle,but if it also fall,I will be no any more charge way(my charging port are also broken).So,I hope this can be solve in a short time.I am unexpected this wireless charger which buy in razer shop in Hong Kong with $100USD will broken in less than half year use.(I already reset the wireless charger but the problems not solve)

        Sometimes,the underglow will suddenly become red(means charging failure)for few seconds but I don't put anything on it,I don't know what happens.

          I have already sent the email talk about this problems and ask for warranty to razer support,now is waiting the reply,it should be reply in next two days

          Emergency,my backup wireless charger are also have same problems now,I am lost all charge ways now,my phone is near shut down.

          luckily my backup wireless charger can run again after few hours,but I don't know when will it completely fail,I am worry about it.
