Hello. I'm just a another user with the Empty Chroma App. After uninstalling everything razer, deleting stuff in registry, uninstalling HID stuff on the device manager and fresh installing synapse 3 (Like many others), doesn't seem to do anything. Also, like many others, i've tried doing everything i could find.
From what i see in the Razer Support thread, i'm not the only one having this problem, and it's recent.
If any of you guys have any solutions, or knowledge to overcome this, please let me know. Not having the RGB lights interacting with my games is pretty lame.. Might as well get a normal RGB light. But i didn't, got a razer instead. So hopefully, a fix would come out soon.
