Hello, I am trying to find a way to replace some parts for my Enki, I have loved this chair and it is still in excellent condition but the wheel base has broken and I am not able to get the cylinder out of the tilt mechanism. Is there any way to replace these parts? I would prefer not to get a completely new chair when the chair itself is great.
I don’t have the serial number, my daughter loves taking labels so I assume that has been gone for a long time. I still have the Best Buy order receipt as proof if that helps. I just want to purchase replacement parts.
