Enki Gaming Chair Base Broke

Hello, 

I purchased the Razer Enki chair in March 2022 and is no under warranty. The base  (Asteriks shaped base that holds wheels) broke and i was hoping to purchase a replacement. The chair is in great condition and i would hate to have to purchase a new chair over this. Please advise if there is anything i can do.
