I have a Enki chair and the gas strut often gives out and the chair sinks. I also need a new right armrest assembly. The piece that secures it to the metal pole is broken

    Hi ​@Digidream,

    Please send me the serial number of your Enki so I can verify the warranty status. It would be best if you can send me photos of the damages parts as well so I can better understand the extent of the damages. Let’s go from there.
