Enki X Base replacement (Snapped Leg)

Hello,

I purchased a gaming chair from you, and a few days ago one of the supports on the base partially broke.

I would like to ask if it is possible to purchase a replacement part for this.

Hi ​@TheRoo134,

Could you send me a PM with a photo of the broken part, along with the serial number of your Razer Enki X and a PDF of your proof of purchase? You can upload the files to Google Drive or Dropbox and send me a shareable link. Once I have those, I can check the warranty and get a case set up for you.
