Enki X base without waranty

Tried following another thread that had someone get their base replaced but i cant submit the ticket outside of wearranty.

Id be happy to pay for it or something, so how do i get a replacement if my warratny is out?

Hey ​@NataliePyre,

I understand that you want to request a replacement base for your Enki X. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice and the broken base so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
