Enki X, love this chair so much! Scrolling through I’m not the only one going through a wheel just floating, looks like the welding and it’s pretty horrific that this is a common issue, I’m out of warranty and needing this replaced, can anyone help me get this replaced ASAP please, I don’t want to lose this amazing chair. 🙏🏾
