Enki X Spider frame replacment

So i recently broke my frame/spider base on my ENKI X , i was wondering if it would be possible to get a replacement. unfortunately one wheel sits way higher than the others, i don't want to replace this chair , out of all products ive purchased RAZER IS TOP TEIR

    Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team so they can assist you with the part? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice and the broken star base so I can include them as well? You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
