Hi everyone,
I’m using a Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense headset, and after installing Windows 11 on my PC, The equalizer and THX Spatial Audio options in the Razer Synapse app are not working at all. Changing the settings has no effect on the sound.
Interestingly, when I tried the standalone THX Spatial Audio app, it worked really well—but it requires an activation code, which I don’t have access to becuase its Kraken v3 . Has anyone faced this issue or found a solution?

Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing.
